Prairie View Apartments are 1 and 2 bedroom apartments that are step free and at ground level. Rent is 30% of the household's gross income and there are deductions for out-of-pocket medical expenses for any person 62 years of age, disabled or handicapped. Heat, water, electricity, sewer and garbage are all included in the rent. All apartments walk-in storage, air conditioning and individually controlled heat the 2 bedroom apartments have washer and dryer hookups. There is also a community room with a laundry facility. Lawn care, maintenance and snow removal are all taken care of for you!
