Prairie Homes Management is based on fundamentals of “hands-on” management.  This approach is accomplished by a team relationship between onsite staff and supervisory staff from our Central Office.  Prairie Homes Management approach is a team approach and is consistent with our "On-site" managers as well as our office staff and leadership.   Consistency of purpose and clarity are essential to our success.
