Rainbow Court Apartments are relaxing 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Apartments are ground level and are step free. Rent is 30% of the household's gross income and there are deductions for out-of-pocket medical expenses for any person 62 years of age, disabled or handicapped. Heat, water, electricity, sewer and garbage are all included in the rent. All apartments have walk-in storage, air conditioning, controlled heat and some have washers and dryers. There is free washer and dryer use in the community room. There are also many extra activities at Rainbow Court Apartments including bingo, holiday parties and potlucks. Lawn care, maintenance and snow removal is all taken care of!
