Eastview Apartments are relaxing 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. They are ground level and step free. Rent is 30% of the household's gross income and there are deductions for out-of-pocket medical expenses for any person 62 years of age, disabled or handicapped. All apartments have cable television, walk-in storage, air conditioning, and individually controlled heat. There is also a community room and on-site laundry facility. Lawn care, maintenance, and snow removal are all taken care of. Ask about our MOVE IN INCENTIVES! 

We also have markent rent units 1 bedroom $400 2 bedroom $500, all utilities paid.  These units are currently all rented at this time but if you are interested please contact the Kaylee to get put on a waiting list.
